Quick No-Rise Focaccia

I make the quick no-rise focaccia every time I run out of bread and need something similar for lunch or dinner.
You mix water and flour with a bit of instant yeast for savory pastries, and it’s done!!!
Let’s say that on the day you bake it, it’s soft, maybe if there’s some leftover for the next day, it’s better to put it in the microwave for a few seconds, as it dries a bit, but it’s handy for emergencies.
To make our focaccia tastier, I sprinkled a mix of coarse salt with some spices on top, like mint, oregano, rosemary… but you can choose according to your taste.
If this recipe tickles your fancy even a little, follow it and make it yourself, then let me know!
If you replicate the recipe, feel free to send me your photos, and I will post them on my FB page with your name!
