Air fryer chicken thighs were another cooking test with this machine; I must say the meat turned out spectacular in this case… very tender inside and the skin nice and crispy as I like it.
To finish cooking and achieve a nicely browned result for our chicken it took me about 45–50 minutes of cooking at 356°F, but if you don’t like a deep browning, about 40 minutes will be fine.
If you season them first and leave them in the fridge for at least 1 hour they will be even more flavorful; otherwise season and cook immediately.
I always line the fryer with a layer of foil and then parchment paper, but if you have a baking tray that fits inside the basket you can use that instead.
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos and I will publish them on my page with your name.
Of course, if you don’t have an air fryer you can still cook them in the oven, which will give a slightly different but still excellent result.
So let’s get to work and enjoy your meal!!!
