The cornmeal bread with the bread machine was a real success, as it was the first time I made it with the bread machine, I made a small loaf, but still with excellent results and really very good.
It took 5 hours between processing, rising, and baking, but you put everything in the machine and it takes care of everything from start to finish.
For the recipe, I used the bread machine from Panasonic Croustina, really excellent and so far it has never disappointed me.
If you want to make the recipe without a bread machine, you can make the dough with a stand mixer or by hand (working it thoroughly), then let it rise and bake it as you would other types of bread.
I got a bread with a crunchy crust and soft inside…at home, everyone loved it very much.
So, all that’s left is to replicate the recipe and if you do, feel free to send me your photos, I will post them on my Facebook page with your name!

Preparation of Cornmeal Bread with Bread Machine
In the bread machine basket, first add water, butter, instant yeast, then the flours, and finally the salt, letting it fall down one side.
Place the basket in the machine, program it with program 4 (for my Panasonic Croustina), for other brands, find the program for wholemeal bread.
Start it and let it do everything from kneading, to rising, to baking.
Once baking is complete, remove the bread from the basket and let it cool on a rack before slicing.
