Pork Loin Rolls

Pork loin rolls are one of those last-minute recipes… for those in a hurry, they are really the recipe right!
They are very simple to make, just buy some pork loin slices, a few ingredients for the filling, 5 minutes to prepare them, and voilà in the pan to cook!
In half an hour you have prepared and cooked them… you will have a really tasty dinner, even if made simply.
You can also make them in advance and put them in the fridge even the day before, this way the meat will be even more flavorful and then maybe in the evening for dinner, they will be ready to cook.
I really love making rolls with different fillings and with different meats… they satisfy me a lot.
Try making them yourself by following the recipe and you will see the result!

If you make this recipe, or others on my blog, feel free to send me a photo of your recipe, if you like I will post it on my FB page in your name.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
