Mexican-style pork ribs cooked in an air fryer, super quick to make with a tasty marinade perfect for this type of meat. The air fryer significantly reduces cooking times in all recipes and especially during my busy work periods at the supermarket, it helps me greatly in creating hearty recipes for my family in a short time. Once I received it as a gift, I kept it in the box for a while, but then, once I got started, the recipes on the blog became more numerous and varied. I hope you will like them too. Below I leave you some different recipes cooked in the air fryer, while at the end of the recipe I answer some of the most frequently asked questions I receive.

Steps

  • At this point, to complete the marinade, just add the Mexican sauce. You can follow the quantity I chose, or add more to get the flavor you desire.

  • Mix with your hands or with a spoon, trying to blend the ingredients very well together and let the meat rest in the fridge, covered, for at least 30 minutes

  • Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, spreading the remaining marinade in the bowl over all the ribs.

  • Cook in the air fryer at 356°F for 25 minutes in oven mode. The fat from the ribs will melt while the meat will remain tender and juicy. Turn them halfway through cooking.
