Ingredients
- 7 oz feta
- 1 bull's horn pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 potatoes
- 2 pinches fine salt
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps
To make the Baked Feta with Vegetables, first wash the zucchini and the pepper thoroughly.
Remove the ends of the zucchini and slice the pepper, removing seeds and filaments.
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Cut all the vegetables into not too large cubes, to achieve even cooking directly with the feta.
Dry the feta and place it in a slightly greased baking dish.
Distribute the vegetables around and adjust with salt and oil.
Bake in a preheated fan-oven at 375°F for 20 minutes, stirring the vegetables halfway through cooking.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve
