Ingredients
- 21.2 oz potatoes
- 1.8 oz pecorino romano
- 2.1 oz breadcrumbs
- to taste Parsley
- 1 egg
Steps
After boiling and peeling the potatoes, place them in a bowl, mash them with a potato masher or a fork.
Add the grated cheese, the parsley, a pinch of salt, the egg, the breadcrumbs and mix well.
Sprinkle a sheet of parchment paper with breadcrumbs and pour the mixture obtained, form the meatloaf, oil it and then cover it with breadcrumbs.
Cook in air fryer at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
Let the potato meatloaf cool for a few minutes, slice and enjoy with immense satisfaction.
