- 5.3 oz cooked ham
- 3.5 oz provola cheese
- 5.3 oz potatoes
- to taste milk
- to taste nutmeg
- 1 egg yolk

PUFF PASTRY ROLL PREPARATION
Boil the potatoes, slice the provola, and roll out the sheet of rectangular puff pastry (without removing the parchment paper).
Spread the gorgonzola over the puff pastry.
Then layer the cooked ham.
Meanwhile, make a puree with the boiled potatoes: mash the potatoes, adjust the salt, and add a bit of milk and nutmeg. Mix everything.
Spread the puree over the layer of cooked ham, then place the slices of provola in the center.
Now roll up the puff pastry (from the shorter side) with the help of the parchment paper and place the roll in a loaf pan. Brush the roll with a bit of egg yolk.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds.
Now bake at 392°F for 30 minutes (preheated static oven).
Once cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
