Paprika chicken mushrooms are a revisitation of a recipe already on the blog, but this time I wanted to make them with a different taste and especially cooked in an air fryer.
I’m sorry that there are no photos of cooking in the fryer, but I had bought this new tray specifically for my fryer and I had to try it… let’s just say the cooking was quite fast and the taste super.
In the photo they look a bit dark, but in real life, they look better, I recommend you make them too, you’ll see how delicious they are and I’m sure you’ll remake them often.
I had my husband skin the wings and created little balls on the base with the meat that fell from the top to the bottom, then breaded them with breadcrumbs and paprika.
If you want, you can ask your trusted butcher to make them, but I hope the photos help you understand how to arrange the meat.
If you make this or any of my other recipes on my blog, feel free to send me your photos and I’ll post them on my fb page with your name.

If desired, they can be cooked in a traditional oven at 428°F for about 35 minutes.
