Steps
To prepare these delicious apple crepes, first take a bowl and mix the egg with the sugar and oil until they are perfectly combined.
Add the milk slowly and then the sifted flour.
Continue mixing until combined and you get a lump-free batter.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, peel and chop the apples.
Cook them in a non-stick pan along with sugar, butter, and cinnamon.
Let them cook for 2 minutes until the apples are caramelized and the sugar is completely dissolved.
After the necessary time, retrieve the batter from the fridge and lightly grease the bottom of a pan. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Turn the heat to moderate and pour a ladleful of the batter when the pan is hot. Spread the liquid well over the entire pan and wait until the crepe is perfectly set. At this point, flip it and let it cook for a few seconds on the other side as well.
Fill the crepes with the apple compote and drizzle with a spoonful of honey or maple syrup, or powdered sugar. Voilà, apple crepes ready to be enjoyed 😋
