  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatin sheets

  • To prepare this delicious panna cotta, first soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes.

    In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, and sugar.

    Place it on the stove and heat until warm (do not boil).

    Add the squeezed gelatin sheets and stir.

    Fill your containers, which can be glasses, small bowls, molds, etc., to 3/4 of their volume.

    Let them cool first at room temperature, then place them in the refrigerator to solidify.

    Decorate as you like, with Nutella, a topping, or fresh fruit.
