ARTICHOKE DECOCTION
- 4 1/4 cups water
- 10 1/2 oz Artichoke leaves
- 1 lemon
Rinse the leaves under running water, boil them in water for 15/20 minutes.
Turn off the stove and let them steep for 5 minutes.
Then with the help of a sieve and a funnel, transfer the artichoke infusion into a pitcher.
Let it cool, then add the lemon slices.
Store the herbal tea in the fridge, and consume it within a couple of days, although it would be preferable not to let it oxidize.
