  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

  • To prepare this delicious chocolate chip bundt cake, first take a bowl and beat the eggs with the sugar for at least 6 minutes until you get a white and frothy mixture.

    Add the pinch of salt and the mascarpone, left at room temperature for a while, continuing to mix with the electric whisk to blend well.

    After adding the mascarpone, alternate the oil with the flour.

    Finally, add the vanilla and baking powder, mixing with a spatula from bottom to top to prevent the mixture from deflating. Finally, add the chocolate chips, preferably frozen or dusted in flour.

    Butter and flour your bundt pan, pour the batter and level it well.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F for about 30 minutes. Always do the toothpick test, as baking times can vary from oven to oven.
