SPOON BREAD ROLLS
For our rolls, take a large bowl, add all the ingredients, and mix with a spoon until you get a dough that will not be smooth and homogeneous. If you find the dough too hard, you can add 1 tbsp of water and mix well.
Cover and let it rise for 2-3 hours, or until the dough doubles in volume.
With the help of a large spoon, pour the dough directly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add some flour on each roll and make a V-cut on the surface with scissors. Sprinkle a few drops of water on the surface of the rolls.
Bake the rolls at 450°F (static) for 15/20 minutes.
Et voilà, spoon bread rolls ready to be enjoyed as they are, or filled with tomato and mozzarella or some fragrant mortadella 😋
