- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 12.35 oz ground chicken
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil (for cooking)
- 1.1 oz breadcrumbs

Take the chicken drumsticks and remove the bone while keeping them whole (if needed, have your butcher do this).

Take the ground meat, season with Parmesan and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Stuff each chicken drumstick with the ground meat and arrange the drumstick to gather the meat.
