Coconut Milk Bundt Cake with Chocolate Chips

Coconut milk bundt cake with chocolate chips, for a delicious and irresistible breakfast. Soft, without butter in the dough, in this cake I also used whole cane sugar for an even more rustic and homemade effect. If you want to completely omit the butter, use only pure dark chocolate instead of the chips I used. I thought of this recipe because I had a small box of coconut milk at home for a few weeks. Honestly, I thought it could only be used for savory recipes, but it is also excellent for sweet preparations.
