INGREDIENTS FOR ACQUASALE IN A JAR
- 15 taralli (tarallini)
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 15 Olives (green or black pitted)
- 1 onion (small)
- 1.75 oz Mozzarella
- to taste dried oregano
- to taste Basil
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION FOR ACQUASALE IN A JAR
Take an airtight jar.
Break up the taralli into large pieces and place them at the bottom.
Pour a tablespoon of water over the taralli and mix.
In a bowl, mix olives, cherry tomatoes, chopped onion, mozzarella cubes, basil leaves, and oregano.
Season with olive oil, salt, mix and pour into the jar.Let it rest and then shake before enjoying.
