How to make deboned chicken thighs in the air fryer
Let’s start preparing the deboned chicken thighs in the air fryer. Pour a little oil into a bowl and coat the deboned thighs well on all sides.
Add the rosemary sprigs and pour in the white wine.
Massage the deboned thighs well so they absorb the oil and wine.
Add the roast seasoning.
Turn the thighs several times in the marinade, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours, or even better, overnight.
Take the deboned thighs out of the refrigerator after marinating and remove them from the marinade wine.
Then coat them in breadcrumbs on both sides, pressing the crumbs so they stick well.
Arrange the deboned thighs in the air fryer basket.
Add the rosemary sprigs on top of the thighs.
Spritz some oil over the breadcrumbs using a spray bottle.
Cook at 392°F for 10 minutes, then turn the thighs and continue for another 5 minutes. Turn the thighs again and cook for another 5 minutes so a nice golden crust forms.
When the thighs are ready, remove them from the air fryer basket and serve hot.
If you need to cook the deboned chicken thighs in the oven, proceed as described above: preheat a conventional oven to 356°F. Place the thighs in a baking tray and when the oven is hot bake for 30 minutes, then turn the thighs and switch the oven to convection for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
