Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 2 cups whole spelt flour
  • 1 1/3 cups margarine
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)

Steps

    Take small portions of dough and form balls, then flatten them slightly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking
Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 356°F for about 15–20 minutes.
Cooling
Let the cookies cool: they will become firmer and crispier.

You can replace the sugar with mashed banana for a more natural version.

If you want them softer, slightly reduce the baking time.

They keep well for 3–4 days in an airtight container.
