Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups rice
- 3.5 oz smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- sesame seeds
- pink peppercorns

🍚 I cook the rice
First of all I cook the rice.
Once ready I let it cool completely.
🍣 I prepare the base
I line a plate with plastic wrap.
I place an adjustable cake ring on top to obtain a perfect shape.
🐟 First layer
I add the smoked salmon slices to the bottom, spreading them evenly.
🥑 Second layer
I clean and slice the avocado into slices.
I arrange it over the salmon creating an even layer.
🍚 Third layer
I add the cooled rice on top.
I press well with a spoon to shape it.
❄️ Resting
I put it in the refrigerator for a few hours so it firms up perfectly.
🔄 Plating
I remove it from the mold and invert it onto a plate.
✨ Decoration
I decorate with:
sesame seeds
pink or red peppercorns
I cut into cubes to achieve the sushi effect.
