BANANA CHOCOLATE SNACK: FAKE ICE CREAM THAT’S DRIVING EVERYONE CRAZY!
Craving a light snack without overindulging with the arrival of summer? These banana snacks are perfect.
Many times at home the kids (and even the big kid) look for a little treat after meals: “Mom, is there a dessert??”
Usually they grab a piece of SOFT LEMON BUNDT CAKE or a nice VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIP BUNS: WITHOUT EGGS OR MILK — in short, something tasty to finish the meal.
Yesterday, however, I had too many bananas in the fridge and that gave me the idea for this snack so good and sweet: they were a hit, gone in no time.
Next time, double batch.
Let’s see how I made them.
EMIMETTOAIFORNELLI suggests:

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1.8 oz dark chocolate (or as you prefer)
Tools
- Pan
Steps
First, peel the banana, then cut it in half and slice into long pieces, julienne-style, and place them in the freezer while we prepare the chocolate.
Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it either in a double boiler or in the microwave for about a minute and a half, stopping every 15 seconds to stir with a spoon.
At this point, take the bananas back out and dip them one by one in the chocolate, place them on a rack and then let them harden for an hour in the freezer.
