I wanted to make a super quick dessert but had almost nothing at home đ so I pulled out whipping cream, coffee and amaretti and these amaretti and coffee mousse cups were born â one of those clever ideas that save the dessert in a few minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (about 17.6 oz (approx. 2 cups))
- 2 tbsp instant coffee (or moka coffee)
- 20 amaretti cookies
Steps
Whip the cream with electric beaters or with a hand (immersion) blender and divide it into two bowls.
In one bowl add the coffee and continue to work with the hand blender or electric beaters; in the other add the amaretti broken up by hand, then blend everything.
Arrange cookie crumbs on the bottom of the cups and fill with the mousses alternating them, decorate with crumbs and place in the fridge until serving.
