- 7 oz mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 9 oz strawberries

Steps for Cups with Mascarpone Cream and Strawberries
Perfectly separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Take a bowl and whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form with an electric mixer, at high speed; you’ll know it’s ready when the whites do not move if you flip the bowl.
When ready, set aside.
Now in another bowl, beat the yolks with sugar until you get a light and smooth mixture, always at high speed.
Work the mascarpone in a bowl with a spoon to make it smooth and add it to the yolks.
Finally, add the stiff egg whites. Fold with a spoon, from bottom to top.
Slowly mix until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
Wash and dry the strawberries, then slice them.
Layer the cream and strawberries in glasses.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before serving.
If not consumed immediately, store it in the refrigerator for no more than 2/3 days.
