Warm Chèvre Panini

The Warm Chèvre Panini is my version of the French salade chèvre chaud as a sandwich.

➡Chèvre chaud (chaud means ‘warm’) is a French dish, consisting of Chèvre cheese served warm.
Usually roasted on French bread, often served with a green salad and accompanied by vinaigrette, olive oil, or balsamic vinegar.

➡Traditional recipe from many French goat cheese-producing regions can also be prepared with: tomatoes, eggplants, bell peppers, avocados, apples, pears, gingerbread, walnuts, bacon, honey.

I added walnuts, cranberries, honey, and bacon, all enclosed in an oatmeal focaccia with mixed seeds.
