SPAGHETTI WITH PARMESAN CREAM, CRISPY SPECK, AND ZUCCHINI FLOWERS

Today a super quick first course, but with unbeatable taste: spaghetti with parmesan cream, crispy speck, and zucchini flowers. A combination of flavors that will create an amazing dish.

A super creamy dish but strictly without cream! While preparing the sauce, cook the pasta; we preferred spaghetti/spaghettoni, but even short pasta or gnocchi would work well. A success in any case!

Adriana’s Advice

If you want a more intense flavor, you can replace part of the parmesan with good pecorino!

Alternatively, you can toss the pasta with fresh cheese like gorgonzola or taleggio!
