MEAT SALAD FRESH AND TASTY RECIPE

The meat salad is a fresh and colorful salad with your favorite vegetables and leftover beef. Salad has never been this good! Ideal to enjoy even as a single dish.

It is a perfect recipe to recycle leftover boiled meat from the fridge, or ragù meat. Great to prepare in advance and then consume at work, the beach, lunch, or dinner. Enjoy warm or at room temperature. You can transform this meat salad into a complete dish by adding some boiled potatoes. It will be even better!

MEAT SALAD INGREDIENTS

  • 1.1 lbs beef (boiled)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste chives
  • to taste basil
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 carrots
  • 3/4 cup yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 20 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 cup corn, sweet, canned, drained
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (dressing)

  • 1 Bowl

PREPARATION OF MEAT SALAD

Cut the meat into slices or pieces.

  • Also cut the yellow cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, boiled or raw carrots.

  • Also chop the chives and basil.

  • At this point, pour everything into a large bowl and also add the corn. Complete with salt and oil. Let it rest in the fridge.

  • Before serving, add the yogurt dressing.

Adriana’s Advice

It is recommended to freeze the boiled meat when you have leftovers so you can enjoy this dish on hot summer days. It will be even quicker to prepare.
