Storage
You can store the fried doughnuts for 1 day at room temperature. I recommend refrigerating those you do not consume, well covered with plastic wrap. Before serving, heat them in the microwave for 10/15 seconds, pat them dry with a paper towel, and roll them in granulated sugar, they will seem freshly made.
