How to store the almond paste loaf?

Wrap it in plastic wrap, place it in a freezer bag, and store it in the fridge. If it contains citrus zest, it’s preferable to use it quickly. You can replace the citrus zest with some candied fruit blended with the almonds for a longer shelf life.
