Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 4.2 oz hazelnut spread
- 5 oz sugar
- 1.6 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cups potato starch
- 0.5 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 0.5 cups sunflower oil
- 0.66 cups milk
- 1.4 oz whole hazelnuts

Steps
To make the Heart Cake with Hazelnut Cream, first quickly whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl for one minute.
Then add the sunflower oil, milk and incorporate the ingredients using the electric whisk.
Add the flour, potato starch, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Add the unsweetened cocoa, hazelnut spread, and mix.
Add the whole hazelnuts, incorporating them with the other ingredients and pour everything into a previously greased and floured mold.
Bake in a preheated fan oven at 356°F for 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test to check the cooking.
If it comes out clean when inserted, the cake is ready.
Let it cool before removing from the mold.
