- 2 lemons (with untreated peel)
- 8 leaves bay leaves
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 cups water

Steps
To make the Bay Leaf and Lemon Tea with Cinnamon, first pour the water into a large pot.
Add the lemon, sliced.
After two minutes, add the well-washed bay leaves.
Add a generous amount of honey according to taste and the cinnamon.
Once boiling, count 10 minutes of cooking.
Cover with a kitchen cloth.
Let it rest for at least an hour.
Before enjoying the tea, strain the contents of the pot directly into the cup after reheating it.
