Ingredients

  • 9 oz mushrooms (mixed, already sliced)
  • 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 fresh chili pepper
  • to taste parsley (fresh)
  • 1 pinch fine salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Steps

  • To make Mixed Mushrooms Sautéed with Garlic and Chili Pepper, first clean the mushrooms well with a dampened paper towel.

    If the mushrooms are whole, slice them thinly to shorten the cooking time.

  • Finely chop the fresh parsley and slice the chili pepper into rounds.
