The air fryer baked swordfish in foil is a delicious and light main course! An alternative and simple way to cook swordfish that makes you lick your lips.
The foil baking will retain all the aromas and flavors without drying it out! So it will be tender, juicy, and moist!

SWORDFISH IN FOIL INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices swordfish
- as needed salt
- as needed extra virgin olive oil
- as needed parsley
- as needed pepper
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Half onion
- as needed black olives (optional)
- as needed oregano
Tools
- Baking Paper
- 1 Air Fryer
SWORDFISH IN FOIL PREPARATION
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or pieces, pit the olives and mix them together.
Wash the swordfish slices under running water, then pat them dry with kitchen paper. Place each swordfish slice in the center of a sheet of baking paper and place it on top of a sheet of aluminum foil. Arrange oregano, cherry tomatoes, olives, thinly sliced onion, pepper, add a drizzle of oil and a bit of parsley. I also added a bit of Knorr White Wine Flavor Enhancer. Seal the baking paper well around the fish. Then seal with aluminum foil sheets.
Place in the air fryer and cook for about 20-25 minutes at 356°F, slightly opening the foil in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Adriana’s Tip
You can also add some mussels or clams to the seasoning. It will be even more delicious!
