ARANCELLA INGREDIENTS

  • 7.05 oz almonds (peeled)
  • 2.82 oz powdered sugar
  • 1.41 oz orange zest (dried)

ARANCELLA PREPARATION

First, grind the dried orange peels to obtain the magic orange powder.

This powder is an excellent natural aroma for sweets.

  • Slightly toast the almonds in a pan or with an air fryer. Be careful not to burn them!
    Put the still hot toasted almonds in the mixer and start blending.

  • After a few minutes, the almonds will start to release their oil and will turn into a creamy paste.
    At this point, add the sugar and blend for a few more minutes.

  • Finally, add the orange powder, blend again, and then pour the arancella into a sterilized glass jar, close tightly with the lid, and let cool.

It is necessary to use a powerful mixer/blender to first reduce the orange peels to powder and then the almonds into cream.
