CHOCOLATE BURGER INGREDIENTS
- 9 oz dark chocolate
- 1.76 oz puffed rice (or puffed cereals)
- 1 oz butter

CHOCOLATE BURGER PREPARATION
Toast the puffed rice for a couple of minutes using the microwave’s crisp function, or simply in the oven, or if you prefer, in a non-stick pan, stirring it frequently.
Break the dark chocolate into pieces in a metal bowl, add the butter, and melt everything in a bain-marie.
Once melted, add the toasted cereals.
Mix everything well and then form the burgers using pastry rings or use acetate sheets for sweets to form circular bands.
Place the burgers on a tray covered with parchment paper and let them solidify in the fridge.
