CHOCOLATE BURGER INGREDIENTS

  • 9 oz dark chocolate
  • 1.76 oz puffed rice (or puffed cereals)
  • 1 oz butter

  • 8 Pastry Ring

CHOCOLATE BURGER PREPARATION

Toast the puffed rice for a couple of minutes using the microwave’s crisp function, or simply in the oven, or if you prefer, in a non-stick pan, stirring it frequently.

  • Break the dark chocolate into pieces in a metal bowl, add the butter, and melt everything in a bain-marie.

  • Once melted, add the toasted cereals.

  • Mix everything well and then form the burgers using pastry rings or use acetate sheets for sweets to form circular bands.

  • Place the burgers on a tray covered with parchment paper and let them solidify in the fridge.

If you prefer, you can also add shredded coconut or chopped nuts to the mixture.
