Creamy pasta with confit tomatoes is a very easy but really tasty recipe. The pasta is dressed with a delicate cream of confit tomatoes, cheese, and basil. In short, not the usual pasta with sauce, but a light and tasty first course!
This first course is a great alternative to the more traditional spaghetti with tomato sauce, equally good and affordable. A super quick first course to prepare in no time.
For this recipe I used Pasta Armando il Sedano contained in this month’s Degustabox.
