EASY AND QUICK FRIED MUSHROOMS

The fried mushrooms are a fantastic autumn side dish perfect also as an appetizer! You can use mushrooms of any type: sliced champignons, porcini, prataioli, dipped in egg, then breaded in breadcrumbs and finally fried. A very quick recipe!

The result will be golden and crispy chips, just like cherries: you can’t stop at one. Golden, crispy, dry, and flavorful crust. A true indulgence. So tasty to serve on many occasions.

In short, if mushrooms are good, fried they are even better!

They can be breaded in advance and stored in the freezer: just fry them in plenty of seed oil when needed, without defrosting them.

I tasted and served this recipe with Develey Lime and Soy dressing sauce contained in this month’s Degustabox.

Adriana’s Tip

Serve this fry with sauces. You can also use an eggless batter instead of the classic breadcrumbs breading.

To make your mushrooms even tastier, add chopped parsley or rosemary to the breadcrumbs.
