The fragotella is a delicious and indulgent strawberry spreadable cream. A sort of strawberry Nutella. It’s very easy to prepare. Ideal for spreading on toast, breakfast toast. It will become addictive because it is truly out of this world and super creamy. Only 3 ingredients to enjoy a tasty cream. Moreover, it is a spreadable cream that isn’t commercially available, so another reason to try it!
Perfect also as a gift idea for both adults and children!
With these quantities, you will get one jar of cream.

FRAGOTELLA INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups almonds
- 1/3 cup strawberry powder
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
Tools
- 1 Blender
FRAGOTELLA PREPARATION
First, blend the dried strawberries to obtain the magical strawberry powder.
Lightly toast the almonds in a pan or with an air fryer. Be careful not to burn them!
Place the toasted almonds while still warm in the mixer and start blending.
After a few minutes, the almonds will begin to release their oil and will turn into a creamy paste.
At this point, add the sugar and blend for a few more minutes.
Finally, add the strawberry powder, blend again, and then pour the fragotella into a sterilized glass jar, close tightly with the lid and let cool.
Adriana’s Advice
It’s necessary to use a powerful mixer/blender to first reduce the strawberries to powder and then the almonds into a cream.
