HEALTHY AND LIGHT MACKEREL FILLET SALAD

The mackerel fillet salad is a simple, light, yet flavorful and healthy dish. If you’re looking for a different way to enjoy mackerel fillets, here is my tried and true recipe.

Mackerel is a commonly underestimated blue sea fish, but it’s rich in virtues. It’s affordable and rich in omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are precious allies for health. It’s rich in minerals and vitamins that make it a real boon for our diet. It’s highly recommended for the diet of children, elderly, and athletes.
