CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS
- 1.7 cups whipping cream (unsweetened)
- 1.4 cups condensed milk
- 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- to taste dark chocolate chips (optional)

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM PREPARATION
Mix the condensed milk with the sifted cocoa.
Then add the whipped cream and mix with upward movements to blend without deflating the mixture.
At this point, if you want, you can add the chocolate chips.
Pour the chocolate ice cream into a loaf pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours. It will not be necessary to stir the ice cream during resting hours! It will remain creamy and soft.
Here is your delicious ice cream, ready to delight both kids and adults.
