HOMEMADE PANETTONE AROMA

Here is my homemade panettone aroma, an aromatic mix. A true triumph of fragrances. It keeps for days and will give your desserts an intense, pleasant, and delicious aroma.
I make this aromatic mix with my lemon jam.

Even outside the holiday season of pandoro and panettone, it is perfect for flavoring brioches and all kinds of leavened pastries.
It is very convenient because it is prepared in advance, stored in the refrigerator, and ready whenever you need it. The longer this mix rests, the more it “matures,” and the more fragrant it becomes!

To give an even more intense flavor to your aromatic mix, you can blend some citron or candied oranges and add them to the mix. Even more intense aroma and flavor.

In short, a generous spoonful of the mixture in your homemade panettone and you’ll smell the delightful aroma!

INGREDIENTS FOR PANETTONE AROMA

  • 1 oz honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon jam
  • 2 orange zest (grated)
  • 1 tsp liqueur (citrus or rum)
  • to taste vanilla

Tools

  • 1 Jar
  • 1 Grater

PREPARATION OF PANETTONE AROMA

Mix all the ingredients to blend them perfectly. Seal in an airtight glass jar.

  • Refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Prepare the mix at least a day before use.
