OCTOPUS AND CHERRY TOMATO SALAD

The octopus and cherry tomato salad is a delicious and inviting twist on the classic seafood salad. A clever recipe with octopus, because you can prepare it in advance and serve it at the right time. In fact, I recommend preparing it in advance so that by resting, the dish gains flavor and character. This simple recipe with octopus, colorful, fresh, and genuine, will be a real ace up your sleeve to enjoy on many occasions!

It can be served as a cold appetizer or main course. Moreover, it’s a dish you can safely enjoy even if you’re on a diet! You’ll see that it will be appreciated by everyone, young and old!

For this recipe, I used the delicious Madame Oliva Mix pitted green olives with chili and rosemary, contained in this month’s Degustabox.
