Orange Paste Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice (and pulp)
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey (or glucose)
- 2 1/2 tbsp orange zest

Preparation of Orange Paste
Use a potato peeler to remove the peel from the oranges and set aside.
Remove as much of the white part from the fruit as possible because it’s bitter, remove the seeds, and then put everything in a mixer with honey (or glucose), powdered sugar, sugar, and orange peel.
Blend until you obtain a creamy paste.
The orange paste is ready!
