Today, perfect hard-boiled eggs with the air fryer. An extremely easy and quick cooking method.
There’s nothing to worry about when making hard-boiled eggs with the air fryer; simply set the temperature and time, and the dish is ready!
Another advantage is the number of eggs you can make at once, depending on the size of the air fryer. If it’s large enough, you can make more than ten eggs at a time.
With this method, they will peel very easily, even if they are very fresh, and the yolk will be well-centered.
100 g of hard-boiled egg provide approximately 155 calories (2.7% carbohydrates, 35.5% proteins, 61.9% fats).

Tools
- 1 Air fryer
PREPARATION OF PERFECT HARD-BOILED EGGS IN THE AIR FRYER
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes, place the eggs in the basket, and set the temperature to 300°F for 15/17 minutes. You can put the eggs directly on the bottom of the basket or on the grill accessory (if equipped) of your air fryer.
If you want soft-boiled eggs, 8 minutes at 330°F will be enough.
Once ready, place the hard-boiled eggs in a bowl with cold water (to stop the cooking), peel them, cut them in half, and serve with pepper.
Adriana’s Tip
Always use eggs at room temperature.
