PUMPKIN AND CHOCOLATE LOAF CAKE INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup butternut squash (purée)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 7 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)

PUMPKIN AND CHOCOLATE LOAF CAKE PREPARATION
In a bowl, pour the pumpkin purée, milk, vegetable oil, and sugars, and mix with the eggs.
Mix everything and add the sifted flour and baking powder, and cinnamon or the spice you prefer.
Mix well and add the chocolate chips.
Butter and flour a loaf cake pan, pour the mixture and bake at 350°F static oven for about 50 minutes, finally performing the toothpick test to check if it’s cooked.
Once cold, sprinkle the entire surface of the loaf cake with powdered sugar.
