INGREDIENTS FOR TEA CUBES
- 1 orange (organic)
- 2 lemons (organic)
- 1 ginger (small piece)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Tools
- 1 Blender
PREPARATION OF TASTY TEA CUBES
Blend the pulp and peel of the orange and lemons together. Please remove the white part of the citrus fruits because it’s bitter.
Add the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and honey.
Pour or better fill an ice cube tray and freeze. Optionally, you can strain the mixture to get a purer liquid, and thus your tea will be clearer.
When you want, place a cube in a cup and add boiling water, stirring well until everything is dissolved. The tea is ready!
Adriana’s Advice
Optionally, you can omit the honey and sweeten your tea when you enjoy it.
