The vanilla paste is perfect for flavoring any type of dessert. Much cheaper than the store-bought one, it keeps for months and will always be ready in your pantry, very easy to prepare. The waiting time is long, but the actual process is very quick. The wait will be greatly rewarded! You will love it as much as I do!
Just use a teaspoon to flavor cakes, ice creams, cookies, creams… anything you prefer! A teaspoon of this magical potion will be enough to replace a whole vanilla bean in the recipe.

Each time you can decide how much aroma to make: multiply the weight of the vanilla pods by 10 to get the weight of the syrup to prepare.
