Ingredients

  • 4 celery (4/5 stalks of celery)
  • 4.2 oz gorgonzola (I prefer the mild kind)
  • 2.1 oz cream cheese (or also robiola, ricotta…)
  • 8 walnut halves
  • 1 tbsp honey (for me acacia or wildflower)

Tools

  • Bowls

Quick and Tasty Appetizer

  • Wash and remove the strings from the celery stalks, then cut them into pieces of about 2/2.4 inches or however you like!

  • In a bowl, mix the gorgonzola with the other creamy cheese of your choice, for me, it’s spreadable, making it quite creamy.

  • Then stuff the celery boats using a teaspoon or a piping bag without a nozzle.

  • Add a coarse chop of walnut halves and a few drizzles of honey to further flavor and create a delicious contrast to the lightning-fast cold appetizer.

  • Serve immediately or place in the fridge, covering everything with plastic wrap.

    More than quick eh eh!

Enjoy your meal and happy cooking! Annalisa

Variations and Tips

Variations and Tips

You can lightly toast the walnuts in a small pan for an even bolder flavor.

Replace gorgonzola with robiola or fresh goat cheese if you prefer a milder flavor.

A sprinkle of chives or chopped parsley will give a fresh and colorful touch.

If there are any leftovers, you can store them in the fridge, covered, for up to 1 day.
