STEPS FOR PREPARING CHEESE AND PROSCIUTTO BUNDLES
First, wash and peel the carrot, cutting each vegetable into sticks 1.5 to 2 inches long and about 1/4 inch thick.
Slice the cheese in the same way, choosing between galbanino, asiago, or caciotta according to personal taste and your guests’ preferences.
