- 1.1 lbs chicken breast (ground)
- 1 potato
- 1/2 onion
- 8 slices bacon
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE CHICKEN BURGER WITH BACON RECIPE
Boil the potatoes cut into chunks for 8/10 minutes, drain them well, and mash them with the appropriate tool.
Sauté the minced onion for 6/7 minutes with a little EVO oil, also adding a few tablespoons of water in the pan.
In a bowl, place the ground chicken, the mashed potatoes, and the sautéed onion.
Adjust with salt and pepper and shape 4 burgers using a round mold or a burger press.
Wrap each seasoned chicken patty with slices of bacon and place them in a large skillet or wok just lightly greased with extra virgin olive oil.
Continue cooking for at least 5 minutes per side or depending on the size of the chicken patties.
Simple to make, at the end of cooking, plate each burger with mixed salad or whatever you like best!
