Oven-Breaded Pork Loin Rolls — a meat main course that is simple, genuine and very tasty; you’ll like it at the first bite, I’m sure!

I therefore chose very thin slices of pork loin, a lean and tasty meat, with a julienne of mozzarella and scamorza and slices of cooked ham — in short, a classic and perhaps simple filling but always appreciated by the little ones!
These oven-baked pork loin rolls are a simple and delicious main course, with a melty center and a crunchy breading that everyone likes.

Baking in the oven makes these breaded pork loin roll skewers crispy on top from the gratin and they are really super tasty.

The BREADING I chose is mixed with breadcrumbs and Grana Padano with a pinch of parsley, but it’s also fine if made only with toast bread, which stays more rustic and crunchy — very pleasant to the palate.

Go for spices if you like them — add paprika or turmeric blended with the bread and cheese in the breading… look at the ingredients you have in the pantry and dare to experiment: it’s one of the most fun prerogatives of cooking!

P.S. Of course, the ingredients must pair well together, so pay attention — sometimes browsing online it seems they were chosen playing blindfolded and then everything ends up in the pan! 😁
